Rice Lake – Explain

Rice Lake – 8×10 Inch – Oil on Board

In early October, Ontario began to fall into the fall. The air is moist and the sunshine is soft. Rice Lake 100 kilometers from Toronto, is where I often come fishing. Gray heron often seen standing on the shore off the tree. Some parts of the leaves began to change color. Interestingly, the leaves near the water turn yellow first and are not large in size. A change from a basic dark green to a yellow top is produced in the entire hue of the leaves. I arrange it in the center of the picture, making the focus on yellow leaves and gray heron. The contrast of the water around Rice Lake express my impression of the quiet autumn rain.
